The QuikSet™ hybrid structure consists of a reinforced base and lid that provides the look, feel, and finished edges of a rigid set-up box.
The design seamlessly accommodates paperboard, molded pulp, or thermoformed trays that securely hold and protect the products inside.

Production Expertise
Due to Diamond's design and production efficiencies and specialty equipment we are able to provide a cost-effective replacement for rigid setup boxes – and with shorter lead times since they are manufactured and assembled in the U.S. rather than overseas.
Diamond can also provide fulfillment services, including sourcing and inserting vacuum form trays, filling the product(s), polybagging the units, and direct shipping fully assembled cartons to distribution centers or warehouses. The proximity of our contract packaging division, adjacent to our folding carton plant, helps minimize shipping costs and reduce turnaround times.
