Carol's Daughter limited edition packaging for Disney's The Little Mermaid, is spotlighted in the latest episode of Packaging Impressions' POW! Package of the Week series.
As the exclusive haircare partner of Disney's The Little Mermaid, Carol's Daughter re-released three classic collections – Black Vanilla, Wash Day Delight, and Goddess Strength – with limited edition packaging in honor of Disney Princess Ariel and the feature film. Diamond was proud to bring this special co-branding opportunity to life through innovative packaging design and production.
The cartons were converted utilizing .010 SBS paperboard laminated to E-flute corrugated fiberboard, and offset printed with four color process inks, in-line with aqueous gloss coating. This construction provides both the structural integrity needed to protect the hair care products and the premium appearance that reflects both the Carol's Daughter and Disney brands.
The packaging showcases Diamond's advanced offset printing capabilities, delivering vibrant graphics that capture the enchanting underwater world of The Little Mermaid while maintaining the sophisticated aesthetic that Carol's Daughter customers expect.
