| Proctor & Gamble Alora Estradiol Transdermal System (Patient Starter Kit) |
Product Promotion – General Superiority According to End-Use As with any new pharmaceutical drug it is often a difficult task to get a physician and/or a patient to try a new product. Diamond Packaging created a structure that made it visually appealing in the doctor’s office, easy to administer, and also had features built right in to the package to make it easy for the patient to use the drug. Diamond Packaging incorporated a book-style carton to house the components for the starter kit, which were housed four per display sleeve. The outer sleeve held the starter kits upright and notes the system name and dosage on the sleeve. A printed and perforated patch dosing schedule card allows the consumer to tear it out and store it in their purse or wallet for convenience. This convenient schedule helps the consumer take the proper dosage to prevent misuse and potential health risks. The actual drug or patch is stored in a notched area above the dosing schedule card for easy access. Additionally, informational packets and instruction books are stored to the right of the dosage card and drug samples, in a book-style compartment area. |
